RC-250P / D8 Plus 250kg Chain Hoist Direct Control

RC-250 series is a compact and low profile rigging chain hoist that fits the lifting application in theatres, exhibition halls, TV studios, hotels, shopping centers, schools, churches, arenas, sport centers and event venues. RC-250 is feasible for both lifting and climbing operation manner, a pain-free design for mobile and installation rigging requirement.

Compact, Lightweight, yet Robust

Simplified and streamline profile as 100x153x350mm, you can physically put this hoist into a 12” truss to save the head room, which is really helpful for the building with limited ceiling space for rigging. It is very lightweight, only 11kg deadweight, that requires minimal assistance for a qualified person to handle it. The housing is made of die-casting aluminum alloy, for the maximum strength in such small dimensions.

Higher Safety Gear

The hoist is equipped with two independent DC spring-loaded brakes as standard configuration when it is specified as D8, leveling up the operation safety. Additionally mechanical design is completely compliant with the tier of D8 plus. Slipping clutch, as overload protection, is situated outside the load path so as the brakes hold the load directly while disconnected with power. Adjusting the clutch torque is conveniently accessible through an Allen tool.

Reliable & Smooth Operation

The hoist is powered by a three-phase induction motor. With 2-step drive precisely-machined helical gears, the running noise stays as quiet as less than 65dB. Lifting speed is 4 meter per minute (50Hz) for steady operation.
